We currently operate as a pickup-only food truck and do not provide direct delivery services. Customers may use third-party delivery platforms such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub if delivery is needed.

For immediate standard orders, you must call us at +1 984 321 0810 within 5 minutes of placing the order for a full refund. After this window, the order is non-refundable.
You must check your order for accuracy at the pickup window. If you notice an error (e.g., missing or incorrect item), please notify the attendant immediately so we can correct it on the spot. We are not liable for errors discovered after you leave the window.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
No. Our food is prepared in a communal kitchen environment on the food truck. We do not offer a guaranteed allergen-free cooking environment.
Due to the rotating and seasonal nature of our menu, a full, real-time ingredient list is not always available online. Please ask the attendant at the food truck counter before ordering if you have specific ingredient or dietary questions.
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed through our online system. We currently do not accept cash payments for online orders.
Your payment is processed securely by our third-party partner, Square via WooCommerce. Caravan Flame Express does not store or access your sensitive financial or identifying personal information. We only retain your Order ID.
