Caravan Flame Express operates exclusively in Apex, NC, USA. Our service is limited to the items, availability, and hours of operation posted on our website.

B. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by the Food Truck only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

C. Order Preparation

Once food preparation has begun, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. This ensures timely service and maintains the quality and freshness of all prepared items.

D. No Delivery Service

Caravan Flame Express currently operates on a pickup-only basis. If delivery services are offered in the future, they will be facilitated exclusively through third-party delivery providers (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub). The Food Truck explicitly disclaims all liability for the conduct, acts, or omissions of these third-party delivery services, including delivery time, quality of service, and any resulting damages.

2. Customer Responsibilities and Order Accuracy

A. Order Confirmation and Review

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all items ordered, including quantities, modifications, and pricing, prior to submitting the final order.

B. Mandatory Order Inspection at Pickup

The customer is required to inspect and confirm the accuracy and completeness of their order at the pickup window. By accepting the order from the Food Truck attendant, the customer confirms that the order is complete, correct, and meets all expectations. Caravan Flame Express accepts no liability for errors (e.g., missing items, incorrect items) discovered after the order has left the pickup window.

C. Compliance with Policies

The customer agrees to abide by the separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy posted on this website regarding changes to orders and post-fulfilment disputes.

3. Product Information and Allergens

A. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

Caravan Flame Express prepares all food in a communal kitchen environment. While we strive to follow strict hygiene protocols, we cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free of allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, shellfish, soy, or eggs.

The customer is responsible for notifying us of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risk of cross-contamination, and Caravan Flame Express disclaims all liability for allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of food purchased from the Food Truck.

B. Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability of all items are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise your order, or cancel the order and refund the purchase price.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caravan Flame Express, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the ordering service or the products purchased. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific item that is the subject of the claim.
